Standard Shipping Details:
• All standard orders require 5 to 7 business days to process before shipping.
• Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
• Tracking numbers are to be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow tracking numbers to fully update in courier’s system at least 48 hours. If unavailable status is still present, customers must email us at info@kyluxhairco.com for further assistance.
• We currently deliver through USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery.

On Hand Pick Up Orders:
• PICK UP ORDERS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR HOUSTON, TX CUSTOMERS ONLY!
• Orders for pick up will be processed within 24 hours after a confirmation email is sent to you. For same-day pick up of on-hand items, customers must email us at info@kyluxhairco.com to verify product availability and schedule pick up time.
• Once a scheduled time has been confirmed by both parties, a reminder email will be sent with pick up address.
• RawLux bundles WILL NOT be placed on hold without payment.
• Hair must be picked up within 4 days of purchase or you will be fully refunded & forfeit the product.
• A tracking number WILL NOT be provided when using this option.
• This is best for those who may need their order ASAP. But we encourage everyone to order through standard shipping for a stress free process.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by holiday season, natural disasters, weather conditions, &/or courier delays.
